I would highly recommend getting some matching aprons with the store logo on them (you’re not in school anymore!), as well as some name tags so we know how to spell your names — also some QR codes with links to your Google/Yelp page would be great too.
It is worth noting that one of my pinkie toes has been broken before, and Jhoanna took extra care to ensure that nail polish didn’t get smudged by painting it separately. Little touches like this make it evident how talented these folx are about inclusivity and accommodation.

This business offers Groupon deals and will make an appointment with you once you purchase.
But then cancels, makes another appointment, and then conveniently forgets all about it. Doesn’t communicate with you, doesn’t write it down in her calendar, and then kinda smirks when she knows you drove all the way to be on time, but she ‘forgot’.
You reach out to groupon to maybe get a refund & because she is so ‘responsive’ & maybe ‘busy with other customers’ groupon will do nothing!
Feels like she knows how to play groupon & knows we can’t get our money back.
