Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer here I had my last experience at allure today. The young woman doing my manicure started chopping off my real nails and got to the third one before I realized what was going on. I pulled my hand back and asked what she was doing in shock. She said “cutting your tips off”. I explained that these were my real nails and she then realized she had made a mistake. I had to get tips so that the length matched the rest of my nails. I have worked hard to have long, healthy real nails for a very long time. I was offered no discount. I have had multiple rough experiences here but this one will be my last. I could’ve gone to any other nail salon in town and could still have my real nails intact. Stay away if you care about your nails!

My family decided to patronize this facility this past weekend. We had a large group of 20 but reservations were made in advance to ensure that we would be properly accommodated. The pedicure service that I paid for was supposed to be at least 35 minutes long. It was rushed, as she only spent roughly 10 minutes on me. I wanted to be understanding due to the fact that our party was so large but what I received wasn’t worth it. When it comes to time to pay for our services, my cousin (double amputee) was told that she’d have to pay the price of a full set when she has only 8 fingers. After reasoning with him, the guy at the front desk agreed to taking $60 instead of the $75 that he tried to charge. Another person in my group overheard a white customer mention to one of the employees that they’re “pretty full today.” The employee then replied by saying “oh, it’s tax season.” The stereotype was disrespectful. Personally, I had a much better experience with the nail spa directly across the street. I encourage anyone that’s looking for a nail spa in the area to check them out. My group will patronize that business instead of coming back to Allure.

I’ve never had such an uncomfortable experience in a nail salon. 1 star is me being generous! I went to this place to get acrylics nails coffin shape; took the girl 2hrs do them and when she was done my nails didn’t have any shape then got charged $85. I asked for medium length, and every single nails are different length. She was not experienced, but her coworkers were proud of her work as more than 5 of them would come up to her to look and congratulate her. I would not recommend this place if you are looking to get acrylic nail. Or you’ll leave disappointed

This is quite possibly the best nail salons I have visited in Nashville. I love this place from top to bottom. They are one of the few salons in Nash that do builder gel manicures as an alternative to heavy, fragile acrylic nails. The salon is bright and clean and staff is extremely friendly and kind. I’ve even gotten a complementary glass of wine with a pedicure! Today they outdid themselves and Mindy, my manicurist, created some truly incredible nail art and recreated the characters from my favorite movie My Neighbor Totoro! Thank you Mindy, you are wonderful!
I have come here roughly once a month for the past couple months and each time my experience was excellent and my nails were flawless. No cracking or chipping of the builder gel as they grew out like what always happens with acrylics. Really wonderful salon, I refuse to go anywhere else 🥰

I got my nails done and not even 6 days later one broke from pulling up my covers on my bed. Other broke 6 days after that from opening a ziploc bag. This should not be happening over the course of 12 days!!! 2 broken nails in less than two weeks?! My set before this only lasted me 2.5 weeks as well…Will not be coming back sadly…
