Had my nails done today and I am very pleased not only were they very sweet and kind even though I was 30 minutes late to my appointment they took me in right away and they did the dipped nails on me and it was a fantastic job. My nails are beautiful. All the way from the lady at the front who handles all the phone calls and all of the transactions to the people that do the pedicures and the nails I cannot say enough good about them. I love this little shop.

I wish I could add a photo. Nails are lumpy and uneven and the “white” powder looks grayish and dingy and doesn’t match the white gel polish on my toes at all. It doesn’t even look professionally done at all. If I was a more confrontational person I should have refused to pay unless they corrected them. Instead, I’ll just go elsewhere. But I am very disappointed with what I got.
Update: The very next day they are already flaking apart. I’d actually think I’m going back as soon as I get a chance and show this mess to whoever is in charge so I can have it either redone or be given a full refund so I can have them redone elsewhere.

I was a loyal customer and always tipped very nicely the person who helped me. The last time I went there, it was a little mix up and I overpaid like $ 20. Not a big deal, went back and we agreed that I will have a $20 credit. All good so far. My next visit, I was told that it was no mistake, my nails were almond shaped and a little longer, so there is a $ 10 extra charge. In the past 3 years I never was charged a ” lenght” fee, and suddenly there is an extra fee. What really bothered me that they wrote a new receipt with details why they charged me, while I know as a fact that they never write details on their little slip they bring to the cashier.
The $ 20 overcharge was really not the issue, I always tipped over $ 20, it is the fact that they think that they can manipulative people. I hate dishonest people and liers.

Excellent first experience there I’m new to the area and I was looking for a nail salon that could possibly become my new home nail place. They did a great job on my pedi and were very friendly! Will return and bring friends!

Made an appointment by phone the day before for two pedicures and they were able to set it up. Upon walking in it was clean and everyone was very friendly. I got the regular pedicure and loved how the color turned out. The chairs were very comfortable and had many options for massages. It was a nice, quick girls pampered morning.
