The pedicure was amazing and I had been really happy; but my manicure was rushed; skipped some of the services (I paid 37 for the upgraded manicure portion) and it was really underwhelming. I understand they felt rushed because another person was waiting but I would have preferred they just told me they didn’t have enough time for both than have rushed me through the manicure. This is 24 hours later; looks like 2 weeks.

This is my 3rd time going to Allure and this place is absolute trash and I will not be going back, and I’ll be proactively telling others not to go there or go back!
They rush and do really sloppy work and cut every corner in the book. Don’t expect your cuticles to be trimmed without asking, and they do whatever they decide to do.
I’m a guy that has ugly split nails on two fingers and I usually do a very natural skin tone pink gel with a clear gel topcoat. My nails are now a pale creamy white looking and I didn’t have the patience to deal with them and get them done over. 😡
I will be calling the MN board of Cosmetology and lodging a complaint against Allure!

I used to go to their other salon, Award, for years and it was hit or miss there. I had one specific nail tech that I went to that did an amazing job. I took a break from acrylics for a few years and just started back up. This is my second time at Allure and I just wasn’t impressed…she completely rushed my nails and they look like bubbles on my fingers…very thick and uneven overall. Not worth the $60 unfortunately

I’ve been coming to Allure exclusively for about two years now. I have always been very happy with the service and the work. I usually make an appointment because they get busy, which is a reflection of the quality work their technicians provide. That said, I have walked in a couple times and had a short wait. The aesthetic of the salon is higher quality than most in the area – it’s up to date with nice furnishings. The prices are a little higher than some other salons but not by much. The quality of the work is superior. The technicians are sweet and do excellent work. I won’t go anywhere else!

This is my third time here and I love it. I have only worked with Rebecca. I love that I can show her a picture and she executes the look and adds her own touch too! I don’t find too many places that does the nails designs that I see online but she is always willing to try and does amazing. Very kind women in this shop, and it’s a taken care of location!
