Horrible experience. Workers were an hour late to their own shop. They then took other customers first after ignoring us for a good 15 minutes after they finally walked in. No one said sorry and the one who did my nails rushed through them as if she had better things to do. My nails have bubbles in them because she wouldn’t let them dry under the UV light for the amount of time she was supposed to. It was the worst first experience and won’t be going back.

Over priced and low quality services. Used to be my favorite place but it’s completely down graded. Staff wasn’t fully aware of prices nor did they have their prices listed anywhere besides the raggedy pedicure booklets. Floors are a SAFETY HAZARD (see pictures). My fill-in looks like press-on (not even the good kinds). The pictures don’t even capture how horrible they look. Unfortunately, I still paid them because I’m not a criminal but I definitely had to urge to walk out without paying them due to the horrific experience.

The place was clean. Staff were friendly. I walked in and was dealt with right away. I love how my nails came out. I will definitely be going back and I would also definitely recommend this salon. Do you see how them nails glow in the dark 🥰😂?

I just went in for a quick acrylic nail removal and it was just not a good experience. It is quite dusty and dirty in there. Katie, the technician, was preoccupied almost the entire time FaceTiming someone then calling someone else. While my hands were soaking in the solution to breakdown the acrylic, a group of 3 people came in for a pedicure. They asked if they could be accommodated and she said yes – when she had barely started my removal and the only other worker was only halfway into a pedicure she was giving. She should have been clear on what she could provide. They tried to stay and asked what was needed to do, but the technician was not giving clear directions so they just left. I gave them a knowing look like man I wish I also chose to leave before my removal started.. Once they left I got a little bit more of Katie’s attention, but it was not a good removal experience. Instead of wrapping my fingers in the solution she set my whole hand in a bowl of the solution. This completely dried out my skin and my fingers now feel all scaley…. I will never go back to that place.

**EDIT** The manager contacted me, and I was fixed right up. I appreciate a business that wants to make things right. Fully satisfied with the work Quinn did for the correction. She was professional and detail-oriented.
Meh. Gel mani and regular pedi were mediocre. The massage was great, but the polish job I left with was bubbly, uneven and already looks grown out because of the distance from my cuticle. I feel bad because the tech was kind, which is why I didn’t say anything there. The salon was clean and pretty, but it stinks to have the polish not look professionally done. This place is a bit more expensive than other places, so I think I expected better.
