I got my nails done by Nancy, who is a very nice and friendly woman. I Was wanting to get a fill-in for my acrylics that I had on previously But she told me to get a whole new set and she Recommended me to do a gel builder instead of acrylic. At first, I was really wary, But they turned out beautiful! She also suggested a nail polish color for me that enhanced the color of the gel builder color which I really liked already. She was very fast when she did my nails, so I’m really happy with the results!

I am honestly a little disappointed with this salon. It had pretty solid reviews but my experience definitely was not in line with them.

For starters, my tech (couldn’t tell you her name) didn’t say a single word to me outside of asking me about the polish I wanted. I had already picked out a color but saw a swatch of one I liked more so I asked if we could use that instead. The tech went and got the other polish, set it down in front of her next to the one I had initially picked, and then proceeded to use the wrong one when it came time to paint my nails (and proceeded to giggle about it) with the tech next to her.

Sure, i could’ve said something, but she already had a poor attitude and I’m not trying to stir up any unnecessary drama.

Next, I was super hopeful that she was gonna impress me with how well shaped my nails were considering how much time she spent filing.. boy was I wrong. Not only did she end up filing them a LOT shorter than the initial length I’d asked for.. but they are so freaking uneven. Also- i asked for ballerina shaped which these are not. The uneven shape/size is noticeable even to someone who has never has their nails done.

There were a few more little details that rubbed me the wrong way but those were the biggest ones. If I’m paying almost $80 to get my nails done (and usually also leave $20 as a tip).. I expect a little bit more from the tech doing my nails.

I might give them one more try. Will update this if I do.

I love this place!! I have gone a lot to allure ever since highschool and it’s great. They usually get you in super quick. Winston did my nails and he absolutely killed it. I love them so much and I recommend him a lot! He’s very understanding and easy to work with to see what nail design and style fits best for you. 10/10

They got me in with minimal wait as a walk-in and were very accommodating considering how busy they were. They don’t do acrylic so there were no fumes and it was very tidy.
Kevin did a great job with my nails and was very detailed. My nails turned out great!

This place is okay. Me and my family went here on a Saturday evening, so of course it was crowded but many people were being rushed by the techs to move to the next person. They were all yelling across the salon, one of my family members was sitting in her gel bath for 15 minutes because her tech was running around, my other family members techs actually got frustrated with her because she could not understand him, and many techs were seen on the phone with someone the whole time. I am mostly pleased with my nails, but some parts are a little wonky, he forgot some details, and they are bumpy from the gel. Overall, this is not a place to come and relax to after a long week or day. I also think your nail experience and how they look will depend on the tech you get, but I will not be coming back.
