I was excited to try this new location when I was in town visiting. However, I am very disappointed in my visit.
The good: Tammy was fantastic with my sports pedicure. She took her time and made sure I was well taken care of. If I could give her 5 stars alone, I absolutely would.
The bad: My gel manicure began chipping the next day. Unfortunately I had already left Monroe so I wouldn’t have been able to get it fixed regardless. It’s frustrating to pay extra for gel service only for them to chip and start peeling within 24 hours. I will not be spending the extra money on gel manicures at this location if they are not cured properly to last. Video is ~48 hours from time of service. Very disappointed

On Friday April 12 I went and got my nails done. It was my first time going there and I asked the guy who was doing my nails if he could cut my nails off and do a full set. He told me no that my nails were still good even though my nails were separating from the acrylic and was getting caught in my hair. I told him it was fine only bc I needed to go. I got home and not but 4 days later my nail polish chips. So I went back to see if he would fix it and he put the same nail polish on my nails. I asked him kindly if he could just redo them seeing how I don’t want them to chip again and he told me I could only change the color on the ones that were chipped. So of course that would look weird so I got the same color. It has been a week since I went back and they chipped again.
I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SALON! I paid $65 for nails not to last 2 weeks, and this has never happened to me before… will not be returning!

What a wonderful experience! My favorite salon in Monroe! Tammy gave me the most relaxing pedicure and hit all the right acupuncture spots on my feet and legs. This is not something you find often in most salons. Hannah was quick with my manicure but I never felt rushed. She made sure I was satisfied throughout the process. I appreciate the attentiveness and care they put into their customers. Thank you!

I was on this side of town yesterday and wanted to treat myself. I was lucky enough to get seated right away with Tammy for my pedicure and Nina for my nails. These ladies were so wonderful and were meticulous in making sure I got what I wanted. Also this was the best pedicure I ever had! The chairs were super nice and the massage was way better than any other I had been to(just set it to your liking). I splurged and asked for the jelly pedicure because this was a birthday treat from my husband and it did not disappoint, from the gelled water, to the paraffin wax, and the hot stone massage, I was one a happy girl. I will forever make the drive now to come to this location. Thank you for bringing a little bit of luxury to our area!
