They do a great job with resourcing staff, even when it’s a walk-in appointment. Terry is one of my favorites to have: he was amazing at doing french tips and very kind. Also, the woman who makes your drinks is so sweet, I really like her as well.
I have been getting Gel-X size small with minor designs (french tips and one chrome nail.) It was around $70 each time. With tip, I paid $90 for my nails yesterday and I attached pics.
I like this spot! I recommend it to folks in Columbia Heights.
I really wish I was kidding but he was sooo aggressive on my hands, consistently burning me with the drill bits and cut my skin. Aggressively filing on my skin while “shaping “ my nails . In between each step he would just shove my hands out of the way and every time he would say something he would barely grumble and would ignore me when I said I couldn’t hear . I was ignored when I greeted him when I first sat in his chair and he just seemed in such a bad mood. Although whenever it seemed like a regular would walk in, he had a lot to say and was very nice . It was a little dehumanizing, I wish it could have been a better experience.
