I had such a lovely experience getting a full set of acrylic nails at All Bright Nails & Spa. I love how my nails turned out! The woman did such lovely and careful job on my nails. I appreciate when I had a question or concern about a nail, she went back and redid it making sure I was happy. She is very good at executing how you want the outcome to be and Is open to feedback. I also appreciate how the business is flexible and welcomes walk-ins however you, as the customer, have to be flexible with open availability. Thank you so so much again for your service! I will most definitely be back again 🙂

I love coming here! All the women that work here are incredibly kind and work hard at all the wonderful services they perform. I come here frequently for pedicures, acrylic manicures, and waxing. If you call ahead they will let you know when to come in with no wait. They also take walk ins but get busy in the evenings and weekends like any other nail salon. The waxing is painless and my nails always look great, lasting long between appointments. They recently did some updates and the salon looks bigger and brighter than it did before the holidays. I feel safe here with covid protocols and everyone wears masks. The owner is here everyday and puts so much energy and care into this salon, so please support female owned local businesses!

This place is terrible. The worst manicure, I left with polish all over my fingers as well as the glue etc.The woman who did my nails kept stopping to talk and forgetting what she was doing and didn’t do the same thing on both of my hands half the time. I’ve had this for 4 days and 2 nails have already broken off. I had to go elsewhere to have the polish and shape fixed. She was also super rough and I left bleeding and in pain. It was cheap but still not worth it.

Unbelievably Frustrating and Unprofessional, if I could give zero stars I would.

I feel compelled to share my incredibly frustrating experience with this nail salon, which left me both disappointed and angry. I visited this along sure to the positive reviews which I now believe are fake and bought. As someone who values well-maintained nails and frequently visits salons, I can confidently say that this was, without a doubt, the worst nail salon I have ever encountered.

My ordeal began when I called ahead and requested an earlier time for my appointment, to which the lady at the salon agreed without any apparent issue. Arriving with my sister and cousin, I anticipated a bit of a wait since there were only two staff members attending to customers. Patiently, we waited for our turns, understanding that the process takes time. One by one, my sister and cousin were taken care of, and I continued to wait my turn, as Linda, one of the staff, assured me she would attend to me next.
However, things took an infuriating turn when a customer arrived for her appointment, scheduled after mine, and began making a scene about the 15-minute delay. Astonishingly, Linda(the older/middle aged lady) abandoned me mid-service to attend to this woman’s demands. It was at this point that my patience wore thin. After enduring an hour and a half of waiting, my nails were subjected to an extended acetone soak a burning like sensation to skin. At this point since Linda left me, I removed the acetone wrapped tinfoil.
When it was finally time to settle the bill, I was slapped with a $20 charge for a service that was rushed and incomplete. I had received no nail polish or color—just a basic gel removal, filing, and buffing. Expressing my frustration and questioning the steep charges, I was met with indifference and an utter lack of consideration for my time and experience.

Adding insult to injury, I was practically coerced into giving a tip through Venmo. Linda’s insistence and invasive approach left me feeling very uncomfortable. While I understand the challenges of a small salon with limited staff, it does not excuse the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I received. My appointment slot was repeatedly pushed back, and my needs were sidelined for another customer’s frustration. This entire experience left me incensed and deeply disappointed.I had hoped for a pleasant and satisfactory visit, but this nail salon managed to utterly fail in meeting even the most basic standards of customer service. I’m sharing this review as a warning to others who value their time and deserve better treatment than what I received.

I’ve gone here several times. They have always been friendly and nice to me and the other customers when I’m there.

Each time I go, they do a great job on my nails. I appreciate the high quality at an affordable price. I’ve only ever gotten a gel manicure here, but it seems like most of their services are cheaper than most other places I’ve looked up in the Boston area.

I appreciate that it’s convenient for those of us in the Allston/Brighton area and that there is parking nearby in a free lot. But most importantly, I love how they make my nails look every time I go there.
