What can I say, Alabama Nail Co. did not disappoint. The service was fantastic. If you are looking for a nail salon that greets you with a smile and caters to your needs this is the place for you. I can’t rave enough about the nail techs (Haley and Angel) that performed my service. What an amazing experience.

The girls are so amazing. Well worth every penny I spent. Love that they don’t use acrylic. The atmosphere is amazing and I love it. I’ll will definitely be going back. They didn’t have a color I wanted so they mixed colors together and made the color for me!!

The place was very nice and pretty clean, but the customer service was not the best. The tech who did my nails was not rude, but there was a lack of communication. I do have sensitive nails, but I try my best to be very still. If I moved too much, it that only needed to be explained to me, so that I can focus on being perfectly still. Instead of asking if something hurt or was uncomfortable, she would just ask a coworker (who was very nice and gentle) to complete the task that she was not able to complete. By the end of the service I was just ready to go. It was only my second time getting my nails done and I don’t think I will again for sometime because of this incident . When I made the appointment, I communicated what I needed and what type of product I had on my nails, it was polygel, and I wish I was told sooner, than almost the end of the service, that it all needed to be drilled off. Only two or three nails that have the polygel completely removed. The rest look terrible and are textured due to having some of the product still on it. I understand that having someone who is sensitive and fidgets a little may be frustrating, but would have appreciated a little more patience and communication so that we could have gotten it all removed. I would have also been more than willing to wait for someone who knew a little bit more about it as well.

This is my second gel mani with Tyy and I’ve had a pedicure with Bre! They both do an amazing job! I’ve been impressed with ANC since the first time I walked in the door. The facility is always clean and welcoming! Next up is wedding nails in a month!
