Esta is fantastic. Her knowledge of hair health and colouring is superb. I went in with flat boring hair and came out with a new style and fantastic colour.
The salon is lovely – it is quiet, calm and you are the only customer. Esta is also very flexible on her times – she will fit in around you, which is the ultimate service. I cannot recommend Esta highly enough.

Esta has totally restored my faith in hairdressers. She is just brilliant – friendly, extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and non-judgemental. It was a Google review that brought me to Esta. The review I read could have been typed by me as it shared my own personal experiences – I too would rather have gone to a dentist than a hairdresser and was often disappointed by trips to the hairdresser. Esta took time to speak to me about my experiences in the past and was non-judgemental when I explained I had been cutting my own hair on and off (mostly on) for the majority of my adult life. She asked about how much time I had to spend styling, etc. She looked at my hair type, face shape, skin tone and recommended a style I wasn’t expecting her to – a style I love. She mentioned in passing (not as a sales ploy – there was no pressure to do it) that my new hair style would be enhanced with lowlights and because, by then, I had every faith in her – I went for it. I had never had my hair professionally coloured in my life! She just knows her profession so well. She could picture what it would look like like – I could not – but I am so pleased that I threw caution to the wind. Esta is a magician when cutting and an alchemist when colouring. I would recommend Esta to anyone – and everyone!

I’ve had my hair done by Esta a couple of times now and she always gets it perfect! Almost instinctively knowing what I want and then achieving the desired look even better than I imagined. Her warm friendly attitude makes it a pleasure to visit her and I am always excited for my next visit.

I have been to see Esta a few times now, she is an absolute magician!!!!! I haven’t found a hairdresser in Guernsey as brilliant as Esta. She really listens to you, and really gets to know you. Her knowledge, warmth and skill is brilliant. Going to the hairdresser used to be a bit like going to the dentist for me, you would never know how it was going to turn out and would often end in tears. I can’t rate her highly enough, she is absolutely brilliant. Thank you Esta for restoring my faith in your profession.
