I came in just to get an overlay taken off and a shape done but was talked into getting a whole manicure. I was too tired and too hungry to even care. My nail tech didn’t say a word to me which was fine , but to half fast your job isn’t the way to go. She was also more busy on her phone which I was surprised about. I did a basic nail polish not gel , so it took time to dry. She asked if I wanted to sit by the lamp to dry them which I thought there was a fan to help the process. But to my finding no fan in sight. Why offer regular nail polish if the guest has to sit there for almost an hour to dry them. My nails are now messed up because 35mins wasn’t enough to dry. Also my payment was taken way before my nails were done so I spent $35 on a manicure that I could’ve done at home for less of the price. So now I’m going to take off all this messed up polish and do it myself. Thank you for taking my money. I wish I could get a refund but I know I’m not.

I went after a long day of work to get an overdue and sorely needed pedicure with a friend. It had been a few weeks and I wanted my toes to look pretty, so I could wear my cute cutout shoes. We were offered a cocktail. Nice. The biggest issue is that the nail technician was so heavy handed, she accidentally cut my skin when doing my cuticles. She cut it so bad that it would not stop bleeding and none of the normal antiseptic techniques worked. I wound up having to get a bandaid. NOT PRETTY. I received a discount of $3.00, which was definitely not enough.

I had the pleasure of Miss Rosey as my mani & pedicurist. I showed up 8 minutes prior to closing last night & had the best mani-pedi of my life! It was more like a surgical mani-pedi (yes, they exist). She warranted a 30% tip. I appreciate her staying late to assist me. Furthermore, the Lady Manager who clearly works out was beyond accommodating. Bravo to y’all!!!

The people were nice. I got seen right away. I was offered a drink and the service started immediately. I watched the different tools he used on me and nothing was every pulled out of packaging so it makes me question if anything was sanitized. He scrapped dead skin off my feet and put the scrapper in the water where my feet were soaking which I think is extremely unsanitary. The massage was rushed. He mostly rub my leg in a quick up an down motion. Lastly, when I got home the “gel” polish on one of my toes came off with my shoe. I regret going there to get serviced.

Let me share my experience with “Tony”. He is simply amazing. He is a wonderful tech and he is always professional and he listens. You may go in with one vision but if he thinks something will work out better he definitely will suggest it. He knows I’m a client who is nice and simple but he definitely can persuade me into trying new things. He takes his time and he actually talks to you. We have full conversations and he has me cracking up every time. Yesterday I had a nail crisis coming off my trip and went from the airport to the shop and he was with a client. I was willing to wait 45 minutes(yes I waited and if Tony ever serviced you then you’ll understand) so he can bring my nails that back to life. He saw my nails and he instantly felt so bad because he had to cut my natural nails that he helped grow nice and strong all the way down(due to someone else messing them up…never cheat on your nail tech….although he was on a well deserved vacation)…. Months ago when I started going to him my nails were horrible and now they grow nice and strong because of Tony. He cares about your nails and he will never steer you wrong. His shaping skills are always on point. My overall experience is over the top amazing. That owner “Johnny” has always been nice to me and he keeps things in order and making sure you’re taken care of while waiting. The shop itself is a very friendly environment. It’s clean and spacious. The owner opened up another side and I like the fact everyone has their own space. It’s a lot of techs and they all seem to match well. Shout out to Tiffany cause she is sweet and amazing as well. They offer you wine, soda, water and my favorite margaritas and fruit cups. All their techs take their time and it’s never a rush on anything.
