I’ve been to this place three times and twice my hands bled.
The charges here are more expensive than other places, but some of the staff are better other places at doing manicures, so I’m happy to come and always tip $20 every time.
But the last time I was really disappointed. First of all, I made a reservation for An to do it for me, but she didn’t do it for me when I arrived. Then I don’t know what the role of the staff in advance is. Secondly, my manicure took two hours, and I even used the wrong materials in the beginning and wasted time. My manicure is pitted, the French tip is flat.

I got my nails done just a gel removal and new gel (French tip from before and just wanted the French tip re-done) and my nails were filed so thin even after I told her I have thick nails. She said oh it’s the “hot gel” makes them thick. I said no I have thick nails too. My nail beds are very red and sensitive and my nails now bend very easily. They are now ruined until everything she filed is grown out.

I’ve come to Adore 3 times now. Twice for gel manicure and today I came in for a Pedicure. The salon is beautifully decorated which was the first thing I noticed when I walked in. However I was a bit disappointed today. The technician didn’t use sterile tools on my nails, and I’ve recently had ingrown toenail repair which makes me nervous I’ll be getting an infection from other peoples nail “cooties. The products used seemed cheap and the tools all looked dusty from nail filing. While my feet were still soaking the technician dropped the used scrub container in the water as a waste bin. The technician was kind, but was yelling in a foreign language to other staff members. The chair I sat in had a torn footrest, which made me curious with this big of a salon with multiple chairs why they’d use one that needed repair. The staff all seemed really animated and into a conversation that didn’t seem to apply to the work at hand. Not a super relaxing experience. That being said they’ve always been friendly but I would like a little more professionalism.

I recently moved to Herriman from Las Vegas and I had a hard time finding a nail salon. I had the same nail tech for over 7 years and she’s always done a great job. Since moving here Ive been overcharged many times and my gel mani and pedi never lasted a week without them chipping away. Today was my 3rd time going to Adore, service was great every time. I’ve had 3 a difference tech every time which is fine and I have 0 complaints. Everyone has been welcoming and nice! Thank you!

What I asked for for and what I got, the color didn’t match but that was my fault because I picked it but other than that I had to change up the style because I noticed that the French tip wasn’t good so I asked her to change it to make it easier for the nail tech total was $110 ….. $80 for Gel X Nails w/ design and $30 for just nail polish on my toes plus extra $5 for tip because the nail tech tried really hard and I feel bad because she was under pressure due to closing so they wanted to get me out as fast as possible.
