I had Keana do my hair. She did a FANTASTIC job. I have terrible anxiety and don’t do well with talking to new people. But, Keana was such a easy person to talk too and made everyone around her smile. I was able to communicate with her very well and that doesn’t happen often! She’s by far the BEST hairdresser I have EVER been too! Not only is she great at what she does she’s great at making you feel comfortable and so easy to talk too. I loved every moment of it. 💜 Keep up the great work girl.

So I was looking to cut about 12 inches off and have my hair then layered, well it was hacked off!!!!!! Nothing is even the girl Katie put may hair into 4 different braids and cut them off ok fine that was what asked for but she did no layers and I had even showed her a picture of the style I wanted and said twice I need it layered. Well I didn’t realize it was totally uneven until after I got home, thought we’ll maybe it’s because of the “styling” she did and let it be, but sure enough the next morning it looked worse and thought ok well I need to call and talk to someone about this called left a message and asked to be called back, unfortunately they called me while I was working and couldn’t answer they disinterested leave a message so I tried to call them back no answer. Waited and tried again to call this morning Im starting to think they are ignoring my calls I left another message but I doubt I’ll get a call back.

The guy who cut my hair had no idea what he was doing. I explained to him what kind of haircut I wanted, and also showed him a picture. He then told me he hated pictures, and had to get the women next to us to help him out. He had to ask for her help multiple times during the haircut, and then complained to me about how he hates drying hair. It was a very awkward experience, and my anxiety was so high the entire time. He didn’t even pull the hair in front of my face to make sure it was even, or part my hair in a straight line. They also told me my hair was at an awkward length now. There are now weird, uneven, and choppy layers in my hair. The salon was cute, and the other lady was helpful but she was busy with her own clients. I am upset with how my hair turned out, especially after I straightened it, and I will have to find another place to help fix it.
