Andy took care of me and he did amazing. I paid $63 total for taking off my acrylic nail extension, getting SNS dipping powder with ombré, and tip + tax. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean.

I was spectacle at first looking at the google reviews but they took all the comments and improved so much, and all the staff seemed to receive more training so I’m sure you will get a great service.

I hope to visit again when I visit CT!

I went there yesterday. HORRIBLE service. I called ahead asking if they accept walk-ins and telling them that the service I would like was a soak off and a basic manicure. When I arrived I again was asked what service I would like, I told the woman, “a soak off and a basic manicure”. She sat me down and went into her drawer and grabbed what seemed to be gift cards? She was going to remove my nails WITH something that high unsanitary and SOMETHING that I did not ask for. I once again stated that I asked for a soak off, she responded with. “It’s going to take longer” as if I am not aware of what a soak off is? I said no I am not comfortable with you removing my nails with a gift card. If I wanted that done I could’ve done it myself at my own home. So she clipped my nails down and didn’t even put the clipped nails in the garbage, they were on the floor… She then called this woman named Maria to remove my nails. Marias drill bit was on a HIGH speed, which I was genuinely afraid she was going to cut my fingers. Maria burned me MULTIPLE times with the drill bit. And she didn’t even wear gloves while taking my nails off. I had also told Maria that I wanted to keep my natural nail length and just get a manicure. This can be done because my friend CAME here and did that service as well and her nails came out good (only reason why I went here). My nails were long before the service and I left with BOTCHED nails, I was so irritated that I didn’t even want a manicure anymore. I was already paying $10 for a HORRIBLE service. Also while maria was drilling the product off, there was dust on my hand and Maria used HER own hand to dust away the product that was on me? Once she finished taking off my nails. I got up to pay, the owner asked if I would be leaving a tip, I said “no, look at my nails”. I don’t have a picture but they were all botched and uneven. The owner (I believe) started going back and fourth with me saying my “nails were weak” so they have to be short. Again my friend came here and asked for a soak off and kept the LONG LENGTH of her nails. The owner was holding ONTO my HAND saying she would fix for free, after I said “no thank you goodbye” MULTIPLE times and she did NOT let me go. This nail salon is a JOKE. Unprofessional, unsanitary, DO NOT listen to the customers. 11/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

Worst nail salon I been to yet. They don’t know how to paint and are very overpriced was charged $80 just to paint my toes with gel and my mother got a pedi. Paint was done horribly. She had the audacity to ask for tip…. Never again!

Basing this review on my one pedicure with Yuyu because she was so thorough and great. Best pedicure I’ve ever had honestly. Usually people just scrub a little here and there and give half a massage. Yuyu did everything so so well. Thank you!!!!!
