I was there for a 3:30 appointment for a 60 minute facial. Joann came to the waiting room and picked me up at almost 3:37. Got to her room and she told me to get comfortable on her table and she would give me a few minutes to get undressed, which was to remove my robe, and she would be back. She came back to the room at 3:44.
After what she called my facial, I looked at my watch and it was 4:15.
Did not like the products she used on my face, I said I didn’t care for the smell, she told me most people like it.
I told the gentleman about the time factor when I paid my bill.
This was a gift from my husband for my birthday.
So my 60 minute facial was not enjoyable and lasted 30 minutes!

Let me start off by saying I’m 36 years old and that was by far the best, relaxing, incredible massage and spa experience I’ve ever had. Jodie was absolutely amazing and friendly. The steam shower was fabulous. Next time I’ll for sure be using the sauna. The staff are welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Clean and inviting atmosphere. I’m a new mommy and it was such a great first time experience. Also getting to relax and do my hair with essentials they provide with a moment of silence was refreshing. I highly recommend and will be back! Thank you!

I was experiencing some bad neck and shoulder pain. I was able to get in same day I called. The amenities provided at this spa go above my usual massage experience. And Jen was absolutely amazing! She asked me questions and listened to me. She had ideas and recommendations to help relieve the pain. I definitely recommend seeing Jen! She’s been doing this for years and knows what she is doing!

Had a blast. Cute facility and the ambiance is relaxing. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They were also very helpful and informative to my questions.
