I originally had my nails done French manicure and supposed to be short coffin. She did acrylic, they lasted five days. I went back in on day 6 to have them redone and they wanted to do acrylics again and I said no, SNS. They were originally gonna charge me and I said if you’re gonna charge me then I’ll go elsewhere. This is the first set (acrylic) and the second set (sns) I am completely unsatisfied because the cost of nails is expensive, I want them to be right and what I ask for. My first set was $69 dollars with a tip. I honestly hate giving people bad reviews, but I explained I do not want them thick. I want the same thing I had before and they continuously do something different. I will not be returning.

Went in today for the first time and it will be my LAST TIME. went in for a Pedicure and Dip Powder on my nails. Went in with my nails and toes Square came out with them round. Ask the nail tech to remove the ingrown nail on my toe she tells me OH YEA YEA I CUT IT AND PEOPLE TELL ME THAT IF U JUST LEAVE IT ALONE IT WILL GO AWAY. I should have just got up and left then. Toe is in pain because this ingrown nail needs to be removed. My NAILS look a HOT MESS. I have never walked out of a Salon with my hands looking the way they look now. Should have just went where I normally go and followed the reviews I saw and not spent 110 dollars for MESS.

First time going here to get my nails done for Christmas. I felt like the lady was trying to pressure me into using gel nail polish instead of just standard nail polish. I stayed firm on what I wanted. Sure gel lasts longer but I’m not the kind of person to keep up with maintenance on my nails. It costs more too. The red nail polish ended up running so I had to paint over them once I got home. Not only that but she got glue on my fingers and got my skin. I normally don’t like to complain but for what I paid for this set I should have been happy with the results. Don’t think I’ll be going back there. She rushed through it from what I experienced.

While they are nice their work is subpar – my nails are all crooked and WAY too thick. I repeatedly asked to have them thinned and evened and they wouldn’t listen or would even the nail and turn around and make the other side too short again.
Will not be returning I could honestly cry at the way they look.
