Sue is a great nail tech. She is patient, and meticulous with her work. I’m so glad I was referred to her by my wonderful client, whose nails always looked amazing, and I always complimented her on them. I’m so glad I finally gave in and had Sue do my nails. Now, I get compliments on my nails all the time! Thanks Sue for being so amazing!!

UPCHARGING FOR SERVICES WITHOUT CONSENT AND LYING. SO DISAPPOINTED. I requested a basic pedicure just wanting a regular color and quick service. The front desk was aware, the nail tech was aware and I pointed to the exact service I wanted on the menu sheet. The tech stepped away from the tub which overflowed with water all over the floor and electrical chairs. The nail polish was all over my skin. Once the pedicure was done I was told to go to the front desk where the nail tech and front desk were whispering about which service to charge for. The front desk said I owed for an upgraded package. She agreed that I requested the basic pedicure but the nail tech gave a leg massage with stones (AGAIN WITHOUT ASKING). When I told her that wasn’t what I requested she told me I “could have told the nail tech no” and swiped my card. They are overly pushy and quick to charge your card without your permission. Do not come here.

I can’t say enough about AAA nails and hair! It’s the best place around all the nearest towns! I’ve been getting my nails done here for 10 yrs now. I see Joy and if Joy isn’t there then it’s Sue or Twin. Hands down the best ones I know because those are the only ones I go to. You know that saying don’t judge a book by it’s cover? Well you can’t here because you won’t know what you will be missing. Just like that older greasy breakfast place you go to and they have the best breakfast food ever! Well trust me as I say. The BEST NAIL place AROUND! I don’t know if I would be able to go to another place for my 💅 or what I would do if Joy And/or Sue stopped doing nails! And that’s the truth coming from someone that use to do nails over 15 yrs! I can’t say much about the hair part because I never been to Bertha but from what I see while I’m there… she does a great job and what I do know for sure about Bertha, she is super friendly nice and funny too! 😊
Thanks for always doing a great job and even doing my nail art that I know isn’t always easy to do with regular polish! And you girls still NAIL IT! 😊 no pun intended 😉 Maryann G.
