The technician that was working on my nieces nails use a Metal carbide bit at 12RPMs( this is an unsafe speed of the nail efile for the natural nails) , Natural now leaving rings of fire and gouges her natural nails. This is so incredibly unsafe , and so very uneducated of this technician!! I’m so upset that she paid and didn’t stand up for herself. She is in pain when she uses her hands .

I’m never one to leave bad reviews but this was not a good nail experience for me. I went in to get an acrylic full set. I was then they basically MADE me get a gel set. 3 days later a nail popped off. I went for a repair and then they didn’t listen to anything I said. I was given an acrylic repair with a different color shade. It has now been another 2 days and another nail has popped off. I do not do any crazy work with my hands and have never had this issue before. Really unhappy with this service and the way customers are treated.

I followed my nail tech Marcella here recently when she relocated from another spa in Raleigh. The staff is very courteous and kind. I traveled almost 30 minutes from Northwest Raleigh for a Gel-X manicure and spa pedicure. My Gel-X service looks like my natural nails. Very durable. I have been receiving services from Marcella for over a year now. She is meticulous about her work and ensures that her clients are always treated like family. I scheduled my mom for a Gel mani- pedi service and she absolutely loved her experience with Holly. The customer service is impeccable. The front desk receptionist was very professional and was able to squeeze us both in for same day appointments. Thank you to the staff !

I really question the sanitation of this place and would not recommend anyone go here. The cuticle tools used on my nails were not taken out of anything sealed despite the tech saying they were cleaned between clients. During my cuticle removal two spots began to bleed and my tech put something directly on them (I assume to stop the bleeding, however seems unsanitary as I’m sure she uses this exact bottle with others) and then rubbed it in with her bare hands. I immediately ended the service early and went to pay for my gel removal and I did not see her wash or use hand sanitizer on her hands before checking me out, after having touched my bloody cuticle. The file and buffer were also clearly used between clients as well.
