I have been visiting this salon since I moved to Opelika a year ago. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Tracie always does due diligence taking care of me! My nails and pedicures both look incredibly amazing every time she does them which is every 2-3 weeks. I am always extremely pleased and I receive so many compliments weekly! The salon is immaculate as well which is always a plus too! Just love going there. Thank you Tracie and staff! I would highly recommend you visit them if you haven’t already! The ladies at this location do a terrific job when it comes to helping me with my eyebrows. The only issue that I have is a language barrier. It is my sincere opinion is that they become more educated with the English language. Come to our country and learn our language while you service and charge your customers. I am German and was very conscious in improving my English.

I have tried nearly EVERY SINGLE Spa in the Auburn/Opelika area, and have been thoroughly displeased!

Steven has only worked here approximately 5 weeks, he conveyed to me tonight (3/6/24), but I knew when he finished my first set of:

Manicure
Pedicure,

Two weeks ago that he’d be my NEW FAVORITE SPOT!

LADIES & GENTS, if you want true PROFESSIONALISM….go “ask for Steven,” ONLY! Years ago the Spa’s took time, care, and professionalism on their Clients. Nowadays, it’s merely how MANY clients they can ‘run through’ daily, to make the most money that they can, but Steven assures your nails and toes look GOOD when you leave!

Oh! Did I mention to “ONLY ASK FOR STEVEN,” here?!?!?!?????🥰

The new guy with the long hair is an “a hole”. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or manager but either way I will not be returning. Hidden prices and Tom doesn’t seem happy anymore. Send like he just works there to pay the bills.
