I called yesterday to get a full set of acrylics and a basic pedicure, they got me right away and I am very happy with the results.

Let’s start by saying I’m a male who enjoys getting manicure’s from time to time. I came across some nails that I liked on social media so I decided to stop in and inquire about availability and who would be recommended that I set up an appointment with to accomplish this particular nail design. The owner! Is the most disrespectful unprofessional person I’ve ever met in my life!! When I walked in he was very stand-offish like he was afraid to approach me or did not want me to close. He used very aggressive tones and just out right disrespectful demeanor towards me. I showed him what I wanted and asked if they had the product to accomplish the design i wanted. He goes to say rudely.. “we can do anything here”… me. Working in sales/customer service having prolific communication skills. I kept my composure and expressed to him that I did not mean anything or try to discredit him and his business. Some shops I’ve been to say they don’t do certain things.. a customer sitting in the chair overheard our conversation and pointed out that one of his male employees was really good at the design I wanted. The owner then said “he can’t/want do that for you”. I got confused and and brought up that he just informed me that everyone can do anything.. then the owner tells me that his male employee does not do other male clients manicures. At this point I’m very uncomfortable and disgusted with now what seems to be some kind of discrimination towards me leading me to think that this is why I’m receiving such poor customer service!!! Long story short because I could write a book about the poor customer service I received… I told him I’d like to cancel my appointment and I’d rather take my service elsewhere. He then got mad told me to leave his store.. I’ve heard that they do good nails at A+plus but the customer service was a F- 👎🏽 he told me to leave I said gladly.. he stated I don’t Kiss a** for money! I told him he was disgusting and disrespectful and need to work on his communication skills and went on my way! If you like being disrespected by someone you are paying I’d highly recommend F- nails! 0/10 trash 🚮

Terrible job doing my nails. The owner was very rude!

My nails weren’t done right and when I asked for them to redo them a SECOND time, they told me that I should have gotten Gel instead, and that they wouldn’t have gotten messed up… my nails after just two days are already chipped.
Will not be returning, very disappointed

The only nail salon in my life! Never disappointed when I leave! Staff is really friendly and helpful, if you have a question they help you out without making you feel silly for asking.

I had gone to another nail salon and the acrylics I got were the chunkiest unnatural nails I had ever had. Ken from A+ revamped my nails and left me amazed!!
