My first time was a bit of an experience. as I have never experienced someone so rude, disrespectful, and will literally curse customers out . I witnessed the so called manager with the red hair display this to costumers. She does not have managerial or customer service skills at all. I walked in a 5:30 for a service and she’s like no we have no one to do her nails to the asian guy whom i am assuming is the owner. He repeated to tell her they didnt close anytime soon. She proceded to go back and forth with him saying no and he ignored her and got me serviced. This place has great potential unfortunately I will not be returning. She create a bad atmosphere for this place. Joanna is wonderful but lost a customer because of such a nassttyyy manager.

This was my 1st time visiting and I will be a regular..Aisa was the sweetest. Her mom Arlene gave me the most amazing pedicure. Everyone was friendly and professional. I messed up my pedicure and Asia fixed it 3x. Definitely recommend. My nails and toes look amazing!

This was my first time here, the vibes from the beginning were uninviting. When I arrived the door was locked, no sign that says ring bell etc. I’m let in by a woman but there was no greeting. I almost felt like I was interrupting her, but there was no one else there. The person I was scheduled with was running late. I did a soak off, full set, with crystals and foil paper designs. The actual work is good but the customer service is horrible. Not one person made me feel welcomed or valued as a customer. The loud conversation between staff and their personal calls are completely unprofessional. I had to return the next day to have my nails completed because after 2.5 hrs I was not completed. When I’m spending almost $100 I expect to receive proper customer service.

Food for Tots
The salon was fully booked I called & spoke to Sarah. I told her it was my birthday & she was able to get me in last minute. This is family owned business with good vibes. I will be back in 2 weeks. Not to mention its Black owned. I got a full nude set & pedicure. I love my nails! Thank you so much!
