had my hair done at the salon by jeryn and the first picture is after and the second is before. i had and inspo picture to use as a reference and my hair looked nothing like the photo. my hair looked the exact same before and after my appointment and i paid $170. asked her to fix it again because it didn’t look like the picture i showed her at all and it looked exactly the same as before. asked for money back and she told me no and that if i wanted my hair fixed i would have to come in again and pay for it. the owner of the salon text me and said she would have done the same thing. very terrible experience would not recommend to anyone. way over charged me and very unprofessional.

My first bad review Ive ever written: I asked for a simple 2 inch trim and Crystal took it upon herself to cut high layers in my hair that I never had before. I was dissatisfied and tried kindly reaching out to Crystal. After reviewing my before and after photo she apologized and offered to send me my money back. Although the money doesn’t fix the problem I accepted and felt at peace with the situation. – Fast forward 2 weeks and she now refuses to follow through on her word of sending back my money. (Money I don’t need but mind you it’s the principle that she offered it) Her reasoning is that she admittedly gossiped my name with a very unreliable source and changed her mind that she indeed wouldn’t be sending my money. She then continued to list out made up lies about me that I can only assume came from the gossiping. Regardless, this act showed complete unprofessionalism. I would never recommend her to anyone. Please note I never met or new Crystal before this horrific experience. All I wanted was a trim and I ended with a bad haircut and a nightmare of an experience.
