I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure that expires on July 13th and can’t make contact through phone call, email or Schedulicity app for an appointment! I finally went to the shop to talk one on one and she asked me for my email address. She had customers and could not talk long. The next day I got an email saying she couldn’t take me until Aug. 1st and left me with no appointment time and I still can’t get in touch with her. Be very careful if you purchase a Groupon from A Better Place.

Bad customer service. Bought the groupon but was not able to schedule appointment as they never pick up the phone and their voice mail is full. Sent multiple emails for appointment but no response, even after stating that my Groupon expires in two weeks. Do not buy Groupon from this business.
