..some of my nails are longer and shorter than the finger on the opposite hand…colors are great…but some are cricked …

Got me in same day and very friendly, but not quality mani and pedi. Polish was old and 2 days later my fingers and toes are chipped and not looking good. Would not recommend.

Went to get my nails done and have a relaxing girls day before an important busy weekend and did NOT get what I asked for. The photo I showed for my nails was mostly white with a gold ombre effect. My nails are 3/4 gold with barely white tips (even after asking her to grind some of the gold off and telling her there was too much gold). I got my nails done Friday and they were lifting by Tuesday. I’ve lost two nails already and it hasn’t even been a week. I asked for shellac and got dip instead. They didn’t scrape the dead skin off my heels during my pedicure and gave me a quick wipe with a warm rag rather than a real massage. VERY DISSAPPOINTED that I had to pay $100 for very bad quality. Will not be going here anymore and will be telling friends and family to avoid this place as well. Would appreciate a refund so I can go get them done elsewhere.

Edited to add: I called the salon on Monday and did not get an answer. I called again today and finally spoke with someone. They offered me a gift certificate even though I’m 3 hours away and don’t want to return due to the bad service I received. They just kept saying I could either come in to get them fixed or they could send a certificate. I asked for a partial refund and they refused. I told them that my nails should not have been lifting after 3 days and I should not be losing nails in less than a week. That is just bad product and service. The lady got upset with me and HUNG UP ON ME. I so strongly do not recommend this place! Terrible customer service and product.

One of the worst manicures of my life, they cut me and made me bleed, look at how messy the gel is on my cuticles. Just terrible, no training, stay far away from this place

I got dip powder on Friday morning and by Tuesday evening all nails had popped off. 7/10 nails came off in one piece and were barely on my nails after 5 days. My natural nail looks perfectly healthy and no peeling like I usually see after dip powder. Not worth the money at all.
