This is the best nail salon in Seattle. I have been getting nail art with Dip Powder for over a year and every time is amazing. My nails are healthy and almost never break, they have a huge selection of colors, and the application is smooth and very well done. They helped me to grow out my natural nails so that I no longer need acrylic extensions. It is a great environment, every technician is extremely qualified and will take the time to redo nail art designs if they are not perfect. I recommend Pink Polish to all my friends. They are especially good at French Manicures, I trust them to execute it well every time. I think the prices are reasonable for the quality, it is not cheap but it is worth it. I have never paid over $120 for a full Dip manicure with complex nail art.

I’ve been going to Pink Polish for several months now and I absolutely love my nails every single time! The staff are all very friendly and do a fantastic job every time! I’ve gotten gel and hybrid gel manicures here and it’s the thinnest, most comfortable gel nails I’ve ever had done before. On top of that, their prices are very reasonable and their space is clean. I cannot speak highly enough about Pink Polish!

This salon was highly recommended by one of my friends in town. I made an appointment over the phone, and was able to get seated. It’s been a couple weeks and my nails still look great! My friend’s nails chipped two days after the services, which was quite frustrating.

I was amazed at the attention to detail by my nail technician, as well as the salon themselves! I was offered a free drink menu when I arrived and felt taken care of from start to finish. They were so attentive, even though they were very busy on a Saturday.

My nail technician gave me the best shellac manicure of my life! She used such care and precision – when I checked out I knew I wanted to book her for my next appointment. I’m so happy I found this salon 🙂

It’s a place with quality products and expertise. Both of my visits, Jasmine has been assigned to me. She is excellent with the quality and detail from cleaning and prepping the nails to the design. But she has very little tolerance to accept requests to understand what the client (me) really is looking for, the first time, I asked for my French tips to make them with deeper arches rather than flat, to what she responded “I know what I am doing”. So I let her do the design and ended up not loving my design. The second time, I did express with more assertiveness what I wanted and how I wanted and she delivered… but…

The design costs start at 15, so for $15 dollars for just French tips I’d like to feel comfortable communicating how I want it. I felt the need to write this review, because both the place and experience of the girls is good but this second time I came in, I didn’t feel it was reasonable they logic trying to overcharge me for the design. Which honestly is basic, beautiful but basic.

First time I had French tips with flowers $15
Second time I had French tips only, and they wanted to charge me $20, because it was more difficult for Jasmine to do the French tips!?

The logic the girl at the front was explaining didn’t make sense and made me feel offended and taken advantaged of. I am a good customer, first time $168 + $15 tip second and last time $140 + $5 tip.

It’s not about the extra $5 dollars, is about the bad manners from Jasmine, and the subjective manner in which they wanted to charge me more just because.
