Taleah is my go-to for gel, AMAZING nail prep care which is really what I mainly go for.

Also the receptionist Marissa is so sweet and patient – super helpful all the time!

Love my gel pedicure with Alina! She is the best! She is so gentle but same time she works very fast! My pedicure lasts usually over 7 weeks and I can’t wait to come back. Each time I select new pretty colors because they have huge color palette. Place is very clean and chic. If you look place in the area this is definitely the right choice.

I would not have sought this place out except for the fact that I had a gift card, and it WAY exceeded my expectations! The mani/pedi I got from Taleah was wonderful, and my hands and feet and nails are literally softer than they have ever been before. I just got a basic color coat, but Taleah can also do highly intricate nail art (she showed me on her own nails). I was expecting not to come back here, but now I think I will return specifically for Taleah! She was so good.

Ash created the most beautiful and fun nails ever! I’m so confused by the negative reviews and glad I ignored them. Located by the Spheres for perfect people watching while getting your nails done, and very cute interiors – Refine felt like the perfect place to get pampered.

Ash over at Refine will give you the nails of your dreams, while making sure to keep them as healthy as possible. Ash recommended Gel-X nails, which I’ve wanted to try for months! So happy I went with their recommendation on the gel-x! They were very knowledgeable, providing insight into the different steps gel-x require since it was my first time.

So happy I was able to book an appointment last minute with Ash because nail art is in such demand now, and it’s so hard to find an opening! Don’t hesitate – book an appointment with Ash ASAP! I can’t rave enough about the strength, design, and quality of these nails. And Ash, thank you so much for being so kind and thoughtful – even though I kept asking for more designs haha.

I’ve been here a few times, and the experience is pretty variable depending on the nail tech. I’ve never been blown away by the quality of the service (they charge premium prices but offer a fairly basic experience with just a couple of minutes of massage for a gel manicure), and the final result also varies.

Last time I came, my nail tech took nearly two hours to do my gel nails. While part of this was her being careful to avoid imperfections while painting, she was really much too slow, re-doing multiple nails. And in the end, because of terrible nail prep (she left jagged edges on the nails after filing), one of my nails chipped later that same day. I called next morning (no response during business hours) and tried to get an appointment to fix it on the website (it’s apparently not free!?), but that was never confirmed, either. In the end, I had to fly out of the country later that day with a chipped manicure.

I get that things like this can happen (though this is the first time I have had gel chip *that* quickly), but there has to be a way for me to reach the business to get it fixed, for free, when the service costs what it does. For now, I’m going back to Nordstrom for my nails.
