I used to come to Nailpro religiously and loved it however this past time with my pedicure it didn’t even last a week and I’m already missing polish. I paid $13 extra for gel too so this wouldn’t happen. My toes are all messed up around the skin. My boyfriend was also told he would get an upgraded pedicure for the price of a normal but still charged us the upgraded price. For $100 for two pedicures you would think it would last more than four days.

Anthony is so great – he makes it so easy to schedule an appointment, is super accommodating and has gotten my nails long and healthy. I don’t go anywhere else in VB to get my nails done. Of course the pedicures are great here too! Go to Nail Pro and connect with Anthony, he will take great care of you!

Anthony is very professional and always accommodating to my busy schedule. His shop is always clean and he provides a relaxing atmosphere for his clients. He has repaired my damaged nails and made them gorgeous in both shape and styles!

I will never come back here. My pedicurist insisted I had ingrown toenails even though I have never had any issue with them or infection. After painfully digging at the sides and cutting them way too far back, I now have an infected toe. I asked him to just file the nails and he made me feel bad about it trying to insist on cutting them back…I stood firm and the foot he did not cut back is fine.
I should have left then but I also get a gel manicure and he didn’t even paint the entire nail. Will never return to this place. Weird vibes with just me and one employee.
