First and last time coming here. I asked for short square, gel full set. She showed me the initial length & it was perfect. But she proceeded to file them down to this current length. I also had to ask her to redo two of the press ons she had put on as they were not straight AT ALL & she “wiggled” them and moved on. It wasn’t until I asked her to fix them a second time that she actually removed just one nail instead of two. As you can see, theres nails are not even square at all. They’re also HUGE on my nails, and I have very narrow nail beds so these look like I have olives on my finger tips to me. She didn’t shape them well to fit my nail beds. Instead of using a cuticle cutter to remove any dead skin she used one of the electric tools and made me bleed a bit, not to mention it really hurt.
The worst part for me was the painting. Instead of painting one hand, putting it under the light, doing another coat, putting it under the light etc, she did 1 nail at a time. It was SOOO time consuming. If I wasn’t in a rush I would have pushed more to correct her on the errors or ask for another person.
Not to mention, the place is sort of unorganized and wasn’t in the best shape from what I’ve seen at other salons in the area. This is the first time I didn’t tip someone for service and thankfully the set was only $45, in my opinion worth $20. But if you give bad service, your tip follows.

Ariana really did a good job on my nails but didn’t pay attention to anything I said nor ask her. Then after I point blank showed her hang nails ask her to cut them she did not and responded “I will” then I told her no powder just gel builder and how much she responded more! Ariana charged $70 my nails are beautiful well worth price but no tip for your customer service manners honey!!!!
I really liked visiting this shop other times. This was only time with her do we really have to pay and ignore some behaviors when such prices being paid?

Everything was ok until I finished and paid. Im so happy I get my receipts for everything. I was letting my nails dry so I passed my credit card to the first person I saw. She printed my receipt and I tipped and signed it. The next lady came to me and said “you not gone pay me”? I said, I paid the other lady with my card. When I called the lady that took my card she denied that I paid her and acted as though she didn’t remember me paying her. She said “no you didn’t pay me”. I said yes I did and proceeded to pull the receipt out of my purse with the same last for numbers on my credit card, the same date, and less than 10 min time difference documented on the receipt. I looked at them and said by the way, I DON’T STEAL! I hate to say it but this ready ruined my first experience at this place.

This is my go to for all things self care!!! This is a woman owned nail salon that offers waxing as well!! I’ve gone here for years for all manicure and pedicure needs!! They get my eyebrows perfect everytime as well!!

This place I will not be back to and wish I could give no stars. I went yesterday with one of my girlfriends and we both got full sets. The lady’s separated us as far as possible when we asked to sit semi near, the lady doing my nails could not get the acrylic to stick and started using acetone with the glue ( that’s to take nails off by damaging it!) not only that she was very rough and I had several cuts on my cuticles. I got a simple dip my friend got French tip. My supposed to be solid color is discolored in many places and my friends French tip looked rushed through and dingy. Will not be back
