I’ve been coming to this spa since I was 18 and it’s just as amazing as I celebrated my 30th birthday! I’ve come twice within the past 2 months. I’ve had Danielle and Mandy for a massage and facial in January and they were wonderful. In February I had Meg and she has magical hands. I’ve never had a bad therapist at this spa. The facilities are always enjoyable and I’m so glad the fruit water is back. The only thing I miss is lunch in the spa and the membership for locals!

The massage was excellent. The spa amenities didn’t really meet expectations. The hot tub was not hot and has a huge water fountain that takes up most of the area and splashes you in the face. So not very relaxing. The cold room wasn’t super cold and the sauna wasn’t very hot. There wasn’t a way to adjust any of the temperatures and the spa attendant wasn’t able to change it. Not a huge deal, but if you wanted to enjoy the amenities with a mimosa with your friends, this spa misses the mark.

The Hot Tub was…….less than unsatisfying the water and stone pavement smelled like dirty mop water and when I got out, not only did my body smell putrid but I was also covered in grey scum from the hot tub. The water definitely needs to be changed and the tub and pave stone needs to be scrubbed and decontaminated.

Just don’t. Worst massage I have ever had. Staff was super nice and helpful and attentive. That does not make up for what I experienced.

The amenities were nice and we enjoyed it a lot, but the facial I got was not relaxing at all. My esthetician was very unprofessional as I could hear her texting on her phone in between treatments and my relaxing peace and quiet was often disrupted by coughing and nose blowing which is not her fault by being sick ,but I don’t feel as someone who is sick should be that close to some else’s face. She kept coughing and sniffing and it made me very uncomfortable but that’s not the worst part for me. After my facial I felt like I needed to wash my face as well as blow my nose. I looked in the mirror after I walked out just to see orange streaks all over my face from the mask she did not properly wash off. As well as product stuck in my nose and eyebrows. I was also lectured about my skin and how to treat it but I have struggled with acne for over 7 years hints the feeling of needing a facial. Last but not least the I asked the front for a rag to wash off the left over product on my face and there were no apologies even after seeing how bad it was. Overall the worst facial experience I’ve had.
