Went to get my acrylics removed and the woman that started my nails went to do a pedicure so i sat for awhile waiting for someone else to finish removing them.
That wasn’t too bad considering they got busy, but the woman that finished my nails tore my cuticles up with the nail grinder to the point they are bleeding. I understand they were trying to hurry the process up to see other customers but its just unacceptable.

This was my first time coming here. I needed a fill thats it.I want the color bubble bath plus wanted to add some razzle dazzle to it. The lady at the first desk took the color off my nails so I been getting this color forever. The color she offered was this dirty Bath water color I said no let me she your mood changing nails. Now every color I wanted she (said no) not cute but we don’t have it. So I replied just do something but I DON’T WANT AND DONT LIKE BASIC NAILS. This is what she game me
