OVERCHARGE. I got a basic long French tip and they charged me $110. They don’t show on the menu how much length is. They also don’t go by the prices of their menu. It was my birthday and I had to spend $175. Absolutely not coming back. Mind you I got these done yesterday and a diamond had came off. Their work is not good for them to charge this much. Or at least the lady I went to. Because my toes came out fine, but they keep trying to bribe you to get the more expensive route.

Phenomenal!! Best service I have had in a LONG time, if ever!
I got an acrylic set of nails W/ rhinestones, a pedicure with a spa massage. The massage was AMAZING and she did it for a good 30 minutes or so. I also got my face waxed (eyebrows and upper lip).
These women did such an amazing job in an hour. I went at 11:30am on a Thursday, only a couple other people came in, and I was done in an hour.
It did cost a lot more than I had expected (definitely ask for prices because they won’t tell you) but it was so worth it! I needed a spa treatment day and they made it happen!

A DISAPPOINTMENT!! I came there, because whenever I come to Houston, I go to the Galleria and felt like having a little bit of relaxation. I went for the basic manicure pedicure combo because I did not know this place. Because I bake and cook I keep my nails, plain and short but she could have done more. To start off she didn’t use any of the cuticle remover unless I asked her to and it was like a tiny dot on her fingertip and barely scrubbed. I don’t even think there was soap in any of the water that she used on me. It’s pretty much something I could’ve done at home. When you go to these places you expect to have a little bit of pampering. I understand it’s a basic, but I’ve paid less at other locations and gotten more out of a basic than what I got with her. No lotion barely touched my feet. And when she was done with my feet, she took the same gloved hands and finish up my hands with it. Not to sanitary, considering there’s no kind of disinfectant or anything in any of the water that she used . Throughout this, she did try to upsell me, but if she couldn’t get a basic ($38) was like this, why would I spend more money? A waste of $40. Not sanitary. I can’t even say that they rushed me because they were busy because there was nobody there the entire time I got my hands and feet done.

My sister and I went to california nails an hour before they closed. Our wonderful nail tech was Thy, she was so fast and AMAZING at her job. She did a full set on my sister in just 30 min compared to most salons that take an hour- hour 30 mins!! It was also my sisters birthday!!! such a great gift. If we could give 6 stars we would!!

Please do not go to this salon they are incredibly rude. My good friend visited this establishment on last night and all she wanted was to get her toenails polished. She only asked for regular polish and was told she needed shellac my friend insisted to get regular polish well guess what the rude tech put shellac and for a simple color change she was made to pay $55. Because my friend got even more insistent she took the shellac off and got a real attitude and refused to speak to my friend after the polish change wouldn’t even allow her to put her feet in the dryer mechanism to dry her toes. SMH… In the Galleria really!!
