The male manicurist cut me not once but twice. After I asked him to be careful. Then he didn’t know how to care for the bleeding or where the first aid kit was in the salon. Finally I just paid without putting polish on. I’ll never go back.

Let me start from the beginning. The plan was for me and my wife to get all pampered with a medi and pedicure. I wanted my real nails with either dip powder or gel polish. My pedicure was great. Even though the tech had to start over, due to runny nail polish. My toes still came out good. Now to my nails. I told her exactly what I wanted even showed a picture. She suggested the dip. Got to her station, she saw my real nails, and said they were too short. Which I thought was odd because I’ve seen women with shorter nails get dip. I told her again I wanted my real nails done. She then said with the way I wanted them they would look better with a tip. I said “sure” and allowed her to do her thing. I mean what did I know. It wasn’t like I got my nails done all the time.

After she applied the nail I could tell she wanted to keep them long. I told her I didn’t like the length. Thankfully she didn’t persist I went with the long nails, and cut them for me. When she was done I was pleased with the outcome. Yes, I would’ve preferred my nails, but the tips didn’t feel too bad.

This was Saturday when I got them done, came Sunday and I noticed my nails were catching on my clothes and my hair. I looked down at them and saw that not only was one of my nails coming up already, but three. On top of that, my wife’s nail polish literally started peeling off after we took our shower. I am so disappointed. Yes, they were extremely nice, and they are great to talk with. On top of they made my nail experience comfortable. However, with the way my nails ended up the next day, and my wife’s the SAME day we most definitely will not be coming back.

I don’t want to discourage anyone from going. Because again they do have great reviews. Just keep in mind it’s possibility your nails might not come out how you imagined. I will be lucky if mine last the rest of the week. 😥

Ms Ann does a wonderful job with my nails every time. You will all ways leave happy with the work she does on your nails. Ms. Lillie all so does a wonderful doing nails to.
But that’s not all they do don’t for get to get a pedicure while your there.

Always extremely professional. Been coming here for months, Thanks to a friend recommendation. The owner & staff are very nice. Also is EXTREMELY clean & clutter free. Love that it’s mostly appointment based & that they sanitize after each person leaves, before you sit there! I’ve had yet one complaint about the way she does my nails! I’m very hard to please as I am very picky!
