Alex Nail Spa

My wife and I recently visited Alex’s Nail Spa for a couples’ pedicure, and we were thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The staff at Alex’s Nail Spa demonstrated a high level of expertise and skill, leaving us both with impeccably groomed feet. The attention to detail was remarkable, and we felt pampered throughout the entire process. One of the standout aspects was the pricing. The rates were more than fair for the quality of service we received. It’s not often you find such a balance between affordability and top-notch service. In addition to the fantastic pedicures, the overall ambiance of the spa was inviting and relaxing. The atmosphere contributed to a truly enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a place that offers superb nail care and a warm, welcoming environment, I highly recommend Alex’s Nail Spa. We left feeling not only refreshed but also thoroughly satisfied with the value we received. This is a gem of a spa, and we’ll definitely be returning.

W. O. W!! what an Amazing environment! I have never met a nail salon so welcoming! The techs are wonderful as well, & so informative on what’s best for the customer! I learned so much in my small session & I’m grateful my husband and I found them! We will return!! Keep going!

I came in for a manicure and asked for ombré nails. The service wasn’t bad they were super nice. But the nails were not it, I paid $90 the nails. And they are splotchy uneven and left with tons of imperfections. Definitely not ombré.

If I could have shown you what they look like before they were done. She did an amazing job plus she was so light handed. Very gentle!!

The girl that did my pedicure was very nice. I did notice that she was not experienced and she said she had only been there 3 weeks. She used cold water in the foot bath which I had never experienced. She said she didn’t know why it was cold. She did a good job on my nails. She asked which service I wanted and named off the different pedicure options. I chose the classic and then found out nothing comes with it like it does with every other nail salon that I have used. So I opted to pay the $50 for the bubbles service. She said that included the sugar scrub and hot towels. This is always included everywhere I have ever been. So, she did the treatments and brought the hot towels out. I could see the steam and was excited for that. Well, she waved them in the air several times even as I told her that I liked the hot towels. By the time she placed them on my legs and feet, they were lukewarm at best. What a disappointment as this was something that is only offered if you upgrade your service. She finished with my pedicure and she did a good job. However, when I was checking out, she proceeded to tell me that it was $50 for the pedicure, bubbles treatment PLUS $30 extra for gel. I have never, ever, been charged extra for something after I was quoted a price. I think this was extreme and hidden. Unfortunately, I will not go back and will continue to go to my regular, wonderful salon where it is $50 for a gel pedicure and everything is included along with other perks.
