I’ve been coming here for just over a year and my mom for several years. The amazing customer service and I never feel that I’m overpaying keeps me coming back. I have 2 jobs and they are almost always able to squeeze me in on my walk-ins or 30-minute call aheads. Jessica always takes care of me and checks that I like the shape, color, design, etc. I tried a few vb nail salons but this one is my tried and true.

Everyone at this nail shop is great! They keep your appointments and are timely. I got a glitter foil gel set. This was a fill in and super affordable!

Absolutely terrible service, and my gel was literally peeling off and they said it was because of me typing too much?? Isn’t that the point of paying $50 for GEL NAIL POLISH! Never again! And super super rude when I asked them to fix the issue. He did not clean up my nails and left them looking like a MESS!!!

Went in for a no polish pedicure and I got right in very quickly. There was a strong smell in the salon like something was burning. (Not the smell of acrylic or gel) the lady only let my feet soak for about 3 minutes before she quickly worked on my cuticles. My foot pumice looked used and none of the tools came out of a sealed pack like other salons. This was the quickest pedicure I’ve ever gotten. There was no sugar scrub for your feet and legs and I got about – 2 minute massage on each foot/leg and then a hot towel. It wasn’t the worst pedicure ever but I certainly won’t be back paying 30 plus tip for that again. It suck’s because everything is so expensive now and I just wasted $40
