We have been regular customers for a while now. We are always happy with how our nails look, but the last time that I brought my mother in, the nail tech had her ear buds in talking to someone while she was doing my mother’s nails. This particular tech does a great job, but is not friendly, and this was very rude. We are paying for a service and tip well every time we go in. Your employees should at least “act” like they are glad that we chose your nail salon when we come in for a service. Needless to say we will not be coming back to your place of business.

I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve seen multiple people and have had the best experience! When a nail has chipped, they do not hesitate to fix it. The girls always know how to make me smile and are very sweet and pleasant.
The owner does a great job of making sure customers are happy and if she sees issues with certain technicians she seems to address it right away.

Went for a jelly pedicure. Never got to feel relaxed. Never got my massage. Well maybe I did if you call slapping my leg a few times count. The warm towel were only put on me for like 3 minutes. I got gel nail polish on not knowing they would charge me an extra $20.00. They say it’s on their web site. No where is it on their website. The lady cashing me out said she would have the manager call me. Guess what never did. So I paid $135.00 for 3 gift cards and got horriable service, horrible pedicure. The manager is rude and has no idea what she is doing. My feet feel like sandpaper still. I don’t mind paying the money for good service. I learned my lesson not to go back to this place again. I’m sharing this so other people don’t go through what I did. I used to go all the time for manicures, they were great!

Although it was not busy and we had appointments, my daughter and I felt rushed. Pricing was not clear. Pedicure was $45, gel polish was an additional $20. The pedicure was nothing special, the whole experience very disappointed. Will not go to any luxury nails or affiliates.
