I went in for an appointment for an acrylic set. The moment I walked in, I was greeted & seated within seconds. My nail tech was Henry & he was amazing.
I showed him a picture of what I wanted (red with some gold sparkles) and he looked at it for not even a full second & told me he could do it. My appointment was at 4:15 and I left at 5:45. Some people may complain about how long it took, but Henry took his time. He is extremely articulate, accurate, and gentle. I’m a nail biter / picker and he was so gentle and slow while doing my nails. I was incredibly impressed by his patience because while doing my nails he was answering the phone, taking new appointments and greeting walk ins/appointments. Even though having to walk away, he never once expressed any negative feelings or aggravation. Henry was seriously amazing. I’ve been to so many salons, but nobody could hold a candle to how great he did my nails. 10,000/10. I’ll continue going here as long as Henry is there.
