Seriously disappointed! I’ve been going to this nail salon when they were still M&N Nails. I called ahead and asked about a mani pedi for my 10-year-old daughter and a pedicure for myself. They quoted me a price and we scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, I was asked if my daughter had ID because she’s not a dainty little 4 foot 10-year-old…”No I don’t have ID… she’s TEN!” Yes, my daughter is above average height. She’s taller than me but I’m not going to lie about my child being her age. What?! Who does that? I honestly should’ve just left. I passed up 3 other local nail salons because this is the one I usually patronize in the 4 years that I’ve been here in Burlington. I’m so disgusted I couldn’t even enjoy my own pedicure.🤬 A better approach would’ve made a huge difference! I won’t be returning after this.

I highly recommend this salon! I made an appointment for a Friday, and Tori did my nails. I absolutely loved her, she did a phenomenal job, and the attention to detail on the nail was more than I could’ve asked for. I will 100% be coming back.
