I see Jackie for my biogel and shellac fill and she always exceeds my expectations. She knows the trends and picks the most beautiful colours, other clients often stop by our table to see her artwork.

My first visit ever. I went for facial waxing and everything went fine. I told the lady I came early because I had a lot of errands to run and would be out all day. When I got home at the end of the day, found a long black mark under my chin. It was leftover wax from the wax strip. It was black because she used some sort of “Soothing Gel” at the end of the waxing which turned the wax black.
Now some might say it was my fault for not checking before I left, but as I said earlier I had busy day ahead, and was anxious to get started.
I was angry. I had just ran errands at several stores with a long black mark under my chin. Won’t be going back there again.

Went there to get my nails done and left with nails in worse condition! The aesthetician used a drill to scratch the nails, so that when the nail polish came off, I ended up with HORRIBLE looking nails.

I have to give 2 stars because the nail tech refused to file my nails down anymore when I was nervous about ripping them off since my nails were very short underneath. She was rude in general. However, the nails lasted a long time and the prices were good. Waxing there is sketchy and they try to get you to add more services while there.
