The staff were professional and the treatments were good. However, within days I had chipped polish twice which they repaired no charge. After a couple of weeks I had chips on several nails. Not the best outcome I’ve experienced.

I came here to get a set of chrome nails done on my natural nails. The usual place I go to was closed so I thought I would try this out and hopefully have a second salon I could go to. I will NOT be coming back to this salon.

They were very busy because I came in the week of Christmas which was why I chose a relatively simple design. I showed the girl the picture of what I wanted done. I have had chrome done on my nails several times and know how it is supposed to be done and how the girl did it is not correct. She didn’t give me a base colour coat of black (or white I’ve had both done). Instead she used the regular clear coat and then began rubbing the chrome onto it after curing the nails. Ummm what? When I asked if it would be more vibrant she said to me in an irritated voice that it needs several layers to be the colour I wanted. I thought I’d give her the benefit of the doubt and see what happened. Terrible. I hated them. She continued doing a clear layer and rubbing on the chrome powder. By the time it was done I had 5 layers of nails polish/chrome powder.

I shouldn’t have tipped but because of the holidays I gave her one. I will never come back. Not only was it a waste of my money and a somewhat rude interaction, but the nails looked nothing like what I was hoping for and they were uneven, had bubbles in all of them and looked there were pits because the polish hadn’t settled or had been built up in the same area. As well, after a week they began peeling off and chipping. I’ve had my shellac last for 2+ weeks sometimes, depending on where I went. WASTE of $50. There is a reason they still had space at such a busy time and I’ve learned that lesson.

This is my second shellac manicure and it was just as excellent as the first. Helen and her daughter provide wonderful service in a bright, clean and friendly atmosphere. My nails look great and last for more than 3 weeks. Will be back again soon!

Just had my first appt there. I wanted to try mail extensions but didn’t know where to start. I was well taken care of and love my new nails! Love the dipping powder as well. My daughter also got her nails done and the design is beautiful. Will definitely return.

I had the deluxe pedicure. Fantastic! Cost is $45 and it felt as though I paid $85! Run by a super friendly Mother and Daughter duo. I will definitely be returning and recommending! Thank You for the awesome experience, see you again soon!
