A little miscommunication/misunderstanding about the pricing but the manager was very kind about it and explained everything well afterwards so I know how to request the right thing next time for the right price that I expected.

Best nail shop, nail service, and customer service. I drive from Durham to get my nails 💅 and my feet done here. It’s definitely worth the drive to me. I’m extremely happy and satisfied with the service I receive.

Do not come here if it is busy! The nail techs will rush and leaving you with poor work done on your nails. The prices are fair compared to other nail salons but it is still expensive. If you’re spending that type of money you deserve good work done regardless of how busy they are. I also received an eyebrow wax. I have small chunks of skin missing between my eyebrows from where they did not do something properly. Very disappointed in this salon lately.
