I have been going here for many years.
I like that when I arrive, I’m acknowledged. Tina, Veronica and Anthony always have a smile and make me feel welcomed.
I have had services from different people over the years and have been seeing Tammy consistently for a while now.
I like how Tammy is knowledgeable and if I want something done that might be a bit out of the ordinary, she will explain what’s involved and cost.
What I most like is that Tammy not only does her job professionally, she is personable and cares that her clients are happy. I suspect that most of the employees care about customer satisfaction, hence their dedicated clientele.

I got my first Shellac Manicure with a design from Kylie at Princess Nails, and this is one of the best manicures I’ve ever had! Most salons I’ve been to are not willing to do complex designs. Kylie had no hesitation and mimicked the exact picture I showed her. The salon was also wonderful at fitting me in for a last minute appointment before Christmas. I can’t wait to come here again. I have been going to Princess Nails for many years now. You are greeted when you arrive, looked after right away, and have always received excellent service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Vivian is my go to, she is professional, she knows me and what I like, if asked she will be honest about a colour and sincerely does a magnificent job. When Vivian is unavailable I’ve had Mandy who is awesome and recently had Ben – who provided a magnificent result. All of the manicurists are wonderful, polite and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It isn’t the fanciest place, but it is very clean and the people are lovely. Nice full massage chairs for pedicures. Prices are great.
