Made an appointment for 4:30 for two manicures. Checked in at 4:20 and was not helped until 5:20 (50 minutes after appointment time) when a worker came over wanting me to pick a gel polish color. When I told her I had made an appointment for manicures at 4:30 her reply was that the other ladies who just arrived had appointments with her specifically so she would have to help them first. Finally I told her I just wanted my daughter’s manicure done and she laughed and took us back to a station where my daughter was given a polish (not a manicure) while I stood next to her since I wasn’t even offered a seat.

Maybe instead of making appointments they can’t keep they could just be honest and not waste customers’ time.
