it really hurts me to give this low of a rating and this type of review but my nails are so ugly i can’t do anything but cry. they’re unevenly filed and painted terrifyingly rushed, something i’d hope to avoid for the price i paid for my service. prior to this, i’ve had great experiences here and thought i found the perfect nail salon. today, my experience was horrifying. before she even started, my nails tech seemingly forgot about me and left me sitting for 15 minutes. my nail tech was rough with my hands and berated me when i expressed discomfort. the entire time, i felt like an inconvenience to her just for coming in. just hostility, throwing my own hands at me once she was finished filing or painting, snatching my hands if i didn’t bring them close enough, eye rolling any time i asked a question, and dramatic heavy sighs any time i would make even the slightest adjustment to my own body for sitting so long. after finishing my nails, i realize it’s not mandatory but normally your tech asks “do you like your nails?” nope. just “pay over there.” i’m really sad to say this, but there’s better options to get your nails done elsewhere where you’ll also be treated better. learn from my mistakes.

I am new to the area and was looking to do something relaxing for the weekend. I had never gotten my nails done before and was kind of nervous. I expressed this to my male technician when I was there 10/22 at table 13 at 5:30pm. He seemed instantly annoyed with me. He kept yelling at me to relax my hand, but he had such a rough grip it was difficult to relax under that kind of pressure. He did not use clean materials, the nail file had clearly been used before me and the heads of nail smoothing electronic device had other peoples nail dust all over them. The technician was quite rude and was not even looking when he was filling down my nails with the electric device. And because he wasn’t paying attention he kept getting my cuticles in the sides of my fingers with that device which burned the skin. And the gel curing machine hurt really badly the four times he made me have my hands in there. He not only charged me for the $55 acrylic nails that hurt like hell to even touch hours later, he charged me $5 for the shape of the nails. WHY IS OVAL SHAPE $5 extra dollars???? He kept glaring at me impatient for me to pull my cars out of my wallet so I felt badly enough to tip even though the service sucked!
