Customer Reviews:
Today we had a girls afternoon with my daughter and Talia treated her like a princess! Perfect gel manicure, hot chocolate and cookies. It was the highlight of her day. Thank you so much for taking good care of us!
From the get-go, it was clear that Emma lacked the skills needed for the job. She was inattentive, completely disregarded my preferences, and gave me a haircut that was a disaster. She chopped off my hair without proper layers and thinning it out. There was still hair left of its original length. How can one not notice when you are cutting off 5 inches?? I have had this haircut done many times.
Her blow-drying technique was a train wreck; it felt like she’d never seen a blow dryer. I was so dissatisfied that I contemplated walking out during the blow-dry. Alyssa, who saw how frustrated I was, tried to distract me with mindless chatter.
The next day, I’m still fuming about the experience. I had to go to another salon to fix the mess Emma made. The salon’s owner must understand the magnitude of this situation because no one should have to endure such a horrendous experience. My heartfelt advice: steer clear of Mid City for your salon needs. My experience was beyond infuriating.
