First time getting my nails done in Waldorf. Requested for gel overlay on my long natural nails. Polish was applied poorly, and not completely satisfied with the application. I also had 3 acrylic nails placed and the shape did not match my natural nails, they even looked worse with the gel than the ones with my natural nail. Not satisfied with what I paid either. $45

I went here twice with my mother and let’s just say we were really not satisfied with our nails the second time. The first time I went the staff was very nice and my nails were OK. My mother was not very happy with her nail shape and she also was cut very bad. The second time we went my nails had to much acrylic and were poorly applied and the shape was horrible done. I also was cut badly too. My mom was almost completely please. She loved the shape and the color of the nails, but she asked for a small daisy on the corner of the nail and got something completely different. The nail tech decided to go all out and my mom and I both could not see a daisy in the design. Instead she got goofy colors and a hashtag symbol on her nails. My mom later went home and had repainted them. We don’t plan on going back anytime soon.

Very unprofessional. They have amazing colors but I will never return. My nail technician had a very bad attitude. Any question I asked it was followed with a smart remark. I got very racist vibes from them.

I got my nails done here and I had an appointment for 7:15pm and I waited to get them done until 9:00pm I had to ask if anyone was free to even get my nails done…..my nail polish came off the next day😕
