The new location, and we loved it. It’s enormous inside, which is fantastic. We didn’t wait for someone to finish first and started our turn. As soon as we walked in, their receptionist approached us and took us to the pedicure area. It is a good thing there was a grand opening 20% off was mentioned on the services. They also showed the welcome menu, which was delicious cocktails or tea. The store receptionist was very professional and kind. She spoke softly with care of the customer’s needs.

Meanwhile, a lovely gentleman kept checking on everyone to see if all was ok and if we needed anything. My guess was correct. He is the owner of this place, and his name is Tony. Holly and Tina, everyone was extremely kind and understanding. We loved their personal touch of caring for everyone. I would love to return soon, and we highly recommend this new location. Please go and see them, and you will not be disappointed. Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Saves me time and money

Tina assisted with my Nails and Trang with my Pedi! They were both attentive and payed attention to details! The staff was very attentive to my needs as well! Very welcoming and clean atmosphere. They worked so hard on my nails! Renee, Ruby, and Jasmine. My design was really specific but they looked at my picture and made them look great! Im so happy with them!

The Grand Nails of America Richmond location has a good vibe to it. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful and well put together. You can tell they put forth time and effort when designing the place. The staff is wonderful! Multiple staff members made sure I was doing good and my nail tech (Tina) was so patient with me. I received a nail take off, a new set and ombré nails 💅 which came out to a total of $77. I appreciate that the prices are online so you can gauge how much you will be paying before you come in. As soon as I came in someone was there to greet me and sat me down right away. This place recently open so I hope they keep up the good quality of being attentive to their customers and their prices stay the same. Also at checkout they put what service you got and what colors you use so when you come back they can pull it up. This was my first time coming here so we will see when I come back if they will be able to pull up the colors. Overall good place and I would highly recommend that you try them out.
