Unfortunately i haven’t had a good experience, they don’t treat you as well or do a good job if you’re only there to get the regular manicure and pedicure which is what I usually get. They make faces when you say no to whatever else they’re offering you which i believe it’s very rude and if you ask them politely to fix something the treatment is worst, the rushed the process and you don’t really get to enjoy your time there. I’ve been coming to this place for many many years but lately things have changed in regards of their costumer service, maybe i didn’t notice before because i was getting gel which is more expensive. I believe they should treat everyone with respect and do a good job no matter what we get, that’s our relaxation time, a time for us to enjoy and get pampeynot all stressed out.

Really a great place but my shellac on my toe bubbled and crumbled. I didn’t notice it until later, but the polish was still there. the bubble split open and has completely come off. I just got these done yesterday (not even a full 24 hrs). The other one looks bumpy and will probably come off too. I don’t have time to have them fix it because I’m heading out of town. I’ll have to get another salon to fix. My full set was ok. I’m not a fan of thick almond so I’ll get them thinned out on the refill.

Had the best experience ever here. I love how friendly and welcoming the staffs are. Also, came home with the best set I have ever gotten. Everyone should definitely check this place out!!

Service was POOR and my nails are NOT ok. Although I was sat immediately, the entire process was rushed and did not feel like pampering, at all. Other customers were being offered water and shoulder rubs. My technicians were trying to get me out of there, even though there were plenty of empty seats available. I was rushed through picking a color and I had to ask for water, several times (including through a coughing spell). I had to stop my technician on occasion to correct the shape or thickness of the nail until I just gave up. Additionally, the technician next to me messed up the customer’s nails and instead of being honest she told the customer to pick another color, without explanation! As the client attempted to understand the situation, another technician stepped in and halfassed explained what the issue was. Regardless, the customer had to get her nails redone. (And she was there before me.) 😯 my nails do NOT look good. While one nail goes to the left, the other goes right. Some don’t even face forward. Lol.

TIME CONSUMING!!!
The services ran extra long! I went in on a Saturday around 1140am and was out of there at 2pm. No nail designs, no French manicure, no added extras and a pedi + full set ran almost 2.5hrs. 😶
I did LIKE the shape samples they have like they do for colors. You can just point to the shape. No room for miscommunication there. Just make sure the technician knows what they’re doing.
Overall, I do not recommend this nail shop. 👎🏼
