Vivienne did a manicure, no polish, just buff and shine, and a round shaped nail. She cleans the cuticles. She was attentive and detailed and thorough when cleaning cuticles. I would have her do my hands again.
Overall, I don’t know what to think of the place. Some people I’ve said that it’s not the best and that it’s dirty. Maybe they’re right. So far my experience has been OK.

I come to the salon often. Recently, I realize that every single time I tell them what I want, they tell me they are going to do something different, but that I am going to love it. Usually it is less work for a similar price. Last night, I really didn’t love it and was cut several times. When I called to see if they would do the service that I originally asked for I was told I get to pay for it in full again. The person on the phone was very defensive and not sympathetic at all. No one wants to be traded down or up sold while they’re getting their service. My husband hates these nails he paid for a service that was changed at the last minute for the convenience of the nail tech. I won’t be coming back unless it’s just a pedicure.

What a lovely team of sweet and diligent women. I felt pampered and well taken care of, but most importantly, they did a great job. Everything was very clean, smelled lovely, and they took their time to ensure that my full set and pedicure were perfect and to my liking. Whenever I am in Houston I will absolutely visit this place again.
