I had a nail extension and a deep powder procedure.

Kim was kind from the color selection to the end of the procedure.

However, it’s a pity that the part that was not meticulous when removing the cuticle and the transparent gel came off after a week.

Kim at Luxury Nail always makes me feel SO beautiful and she genuinely listens to my requests when it comes to color, length, shape, etc. She takes the extra time to trim my cuticals, file my natural nails, and massage my hands with care, even when they’re busy.

Luxury Nail provides intention and care, with noticably lovely results. I get complimented on my nails after EVERY visit. Additionally, I’ve never been to a nail salon where my SNS Dip Powder nails last more than two weeks without chipping, cracking, etc. Hands down, this is the best nail salon in the Montgomery / Auburn / Opelika area. Do not get your nails done here especially if you’re a minority. I would give this place ZERO stars if that was an option & here’s why. My nail tech let me pay prior to then painting my nails so I didn’t run the risk of my nails smudging after getting them done. As I was leaving , one of the male workers screams “SHE DIDN’T PAY, SHE DIDN’T PAY”. My nail tech told him I paid in advance. I’m a black woman and the only black woman in that nail salon. To be made out to be a criminal or to assume I did not pay if front of a full nail salon was disgusting. He was LOUD AND WRONG. Mind you, he didn’t apologize. Your apology should be just as loud as that accusation. Also, I’ve had better nails at better salons. Spend your money elsewhere.
